Management

Hey everyone, I'm Michael - founder and CEO of Flamingo. Before this, I built Vicarius, a cybersecurity company focused on vulnerability remediation, where I raised over $60M in funding. Working closely with service providers through that journey, I saw firsthand how MSPs were losing money to vendor payouts and inefficient systems - and that's when the idea for Flamingo clicked. I set out to build an open-source platform that dramatically increases MSP margins while helping them deliver better service to their clients.
Design
Hi 👋 My name is Roman, I'm a designer of interfaces and everything related to them. I mostly work in Figma, but I like to learn new tools. I live in Ukraine 🇺🇦, in the capital of freedom Kyiv! I'm a house cat, married, gamer, beer drinker, and cycling enthusiast.
Human Resources

Hello! I’m Nazarii, and I’m an IT Researcher. I am working closely with the HR team to source and attract talent to join our team. My focus is on identifying the best specialists to help our platform grow and scale.
Marketing

Hi all! My name is Vlad and I’ve been brought on to head the marketing team at Flamingo. Thankfully, this isn’t the first time I will be building a marketing department from scratch, so the experience should come in handy. Now it’s time to dive into the world of MSPs and find myself in this new world.
Platform
I’m a software developer who is excited to be part of a team building a cool and meaningful product. Outside of work, I enjoy both board games and video games, and sports have also played an important role in my life. In the past, I played volleyball seriously, and my team even won the oblast competition and was preparing for the next stage. I’m originally from Kramatorsk in Donetsk oblast, but for the last eight years I’ve been living in Lviv. Life also became a little brighter thanks to my Pomeranian dog, Michelle, who is a very special part of it. I love spending time in the mountains and forests, and I’ve always felt much more drawn to nature and fresh air than to beaches, seas, oceans, or hot weather.
Product Engineering
Hi! My name is Dmytro, but everyone calls me Dima. I’m a Software Developer and together with the development team, I help bring Flamingo to life — putting it on its feet from a technical perspective. Originally from Lviv, Ukraine 🇺🇦, but currently based in Spain, where I’ve been enjoying the blend of great weather, culture, and nature. I’m passionate about the mountains and love traveling — exploring new places and cultures really inspires me. These experiences constantly recharge me and give me a fresh perspective, both personally and professionally.
The AI Angels

Some things defy easy explanation: magic dust, the northern lights… and Flamingo’s AI Angels. Think Charlie’s Angels, reimagined with automation brains and serious RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) chops. Weird? A little. Effective? Absolutely. That’s the job.
